The GearMax® Limited Lifetime Warranty

GearMax USA Ltd. guarantees its entire line of products with a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. This warranty covers the product for the original owner (original sales receipt is required) against defects in materials and workmanship only. If the product ever fails during normal usage* due to a manufacturing or material defect, GearMax USA Ltd. will repair or replace the product at our discretion under the terms listed below. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or natural fading or break down of colors over time.

One Year 100% Warranty. During the first year of ownership, GearMax® will replace or repair any product found defective as described above. Please note the terms on shipping and customized products under "The Fine Print" below.

Limited Lifetime Warranty. After the first year of ownership, GearMax® will either repair any product found defective as described above at no charge to the original purchaser or, if the product cannot be repaired, will issue a credit of 50% (Fifty Percent) of the current MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) towards the purchase of the current version product or similar product should an exact duplicate not be available. This guarantee is applicable only through GearMax USA Ltd. and not available through authorized GearMax® dealers and affiliates. The Fine Print

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or natural fading or break down of colors over time.

* Normal Usage is defined as usage described as uses within our catalog or website.

This warranty applies to product only and does not cover shipping charges to and from GearMax USA Ltd, Mechanicsville, Virginia.

Customized or personalized (embroidered, imprinted, or otherwise) logos on products are not covered by this warranty and are solely the responsibility of the owner of the product. All product submitted under this warranty will be replaced, if applicable, with standard (non logo) GearMax® products.
